The film begins with a flashback of how Sméagol recovered the One Ring, before forwarding to him as Gollum, taking Frodo and Sam to Minas Morgul. Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Gandalf, Théoden and Éomer meet up with Merry, Pippin and Treebeard at Isengard, now under the Ents’ control, where Gandalf concludes Saruman will pose no further threat. They also recover the palantÃr from the ruins. The group return to Edoras, where Theoden holds a feast in celebration of the victory at Helm’s Deep. Pippin’s curiosity gets the better of him at Edoras, and he looks into the palantÃr, where he sees a vision of a white tree burning, as well as being seen and mentally interrogated by Sauron, though Pippin tells him nothing regarding Frodo and the Ring. From this, Gandalf deduces Sauron is planning to attack Minas Tirith, and he rides off there with Pippin. In the meantime, Arwen, on her way to the Undying Lands, has a vision of her son by Aragorn and convinces Elrond to reforge the sword Narsil that cut the Ring from Sauron’s finger long ago. Sam also overhears Gollum’s treacherous plans to murder them and take the Ring for himself, but Frodo does not believe him. Gollum plays on this, trying to turn Frodo and Sam against each another.
…
Frodo and Sam are stranded until Gandalf arrives with the Eagles, and they awake in Minas Tirith, reuniting with their friends at long last. Aragorn is crowned King, heralding the new age of peace, and is reunited with Arwen. When Aragorn meets the hobbits who bow before him, he stops them and says ” You bow to no one”. He and the whole of Minas Tirith bow to the Hobbits in honor of their heroics. The hobbits return home to the Shire, where Sam marries Rosie. But Frodo is dealing with the psychological trauma of being the Ring-bearer, and also pain and illness on the anniversary of his wounds, and he leaves Middle-earth with Gandalf, Bilbo, Elrond, Celeborn and Galadriel at the Grey Havens, leaving his account of the story to Sam, who peacefully continues his family life.

The film opens with Optimus Prime, heroic leader of the benevolent Autobots, describing in a voice-over the shut down of the Transformers’ home world, Cybertron. It was destroyed by the malevolent Decepticon leader Megatron in his quest to get hold of the All Spark. The Autobots want to find the All Spark so they can use it to rebuild Cybertron and end the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons, while the Decepticons want to use it to obliterate the Autobots and take over the universe. Megatron had managed to locate the All Spark on Earth, but crash-landed in the Arctic Circle and froze in the ice. After stumbling upon his frozen body in 1897, explorer Captain Archibald Witwicky accidentally activated Megatron’s navigational system and his eye glasses were imprinted with the coordinates of the All Spark’s location, an incident that left him blind and mentally unstable. Sector 7, a secret government organization created by President Herbert Hoover, discovered the All Spark in the Colorado River and built the Hoover Dam around it to mask its energy emissions. The still-frozen Megatron was moved into this facility and was used to advance human technology through reverse engineering.

During the credits, Starscream—the only surviving Decepticon besides Scorponok—escapes into space.

The film begins with a flashback set to the first film, with Gandalf battling the Balrog on the Bridge of Khazad-dûm, but this time continues from Gandalf’s perspective, with the scene continuing to follow both as they hurtle down below, fighting while in free-fall. Frodo awakens from his dream and continues his journey with his trusted and loyal friend, Sam. They are then attacked by the ring-possessed Gollum wishing to retrieve “his precious” from the ones he thinks stole it from him. The Hobbits subdue and bind him with Sam’s Elven rope given to him by the Elven elder Galadriel in Lórien. Sam distrusts Gollum and wishes to abandon him, but Frodo understands the burden of the creature and takes pity on him. Realizing they are lost in the Emyn Muil and in need of a guide, Frodo persuades Gollum to lead them to the Black Gate of Mordor.
In Rohan, the pack of Uruk-hai run across the grassy landscape with their captives Merry and Pippin. Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli are in pursuit, following three days of running, Legolas surmises the Hobbits are being taken to Isengard, where Saruman is marshalling his Uruk-hai forces to do the bidding of Sauron. In the kingdom of Rohan, home of the horse lords, King Théoden is mentally and physically weak due to the enchantments of his steward, GrÃma Wormtongue, who is secretly in the service of Saruman. Orcs and Wild Men of Dunland incited by Saruman freely roam the land and kill the people including the king’s only son Théodred. Théoden’s nephew Éomer interrogates GrÃma, angrily realizing he has lustful eyes for Éomer’s sister Éowyn and that he is now an agent of Saruman. GrÃma banishes Éomer for undermining his authority and Éomer sets forth to gather the remaining loyal men of the Rohirrim throughout the land.
…
At the ruins of Osgiliath, Faramir and the Hobbits are confronted by a Ringwraith and its fell beast. With the help of Sam, Frodo narrowly escapes the Ringwraith’s efforts to capture him. Sam narrates how the story must go on and how they should keep pressing forward as Faramir decides to free them to finish their quest. Gandalf and the others now know a full war is inevitable (as Sauron will surely seek retribution for the defeat of Saruman) and hope rests with Frodo and Sam, who have resumed their journey to Mordor with Gollum. Accompanying them once again and having felt betrayed after his subsequent mistreatment by Faramir’s men, Gollum’s darker nature returns and decides to reclaim the ring by leading Frodo and Sam to “her.”

After a pig’s mother is taken away to be slaughtered by humans (or, as pigs think, to a “Pig Paradise”), his siblings drink from the mechanical milk machine, while he alone bids his mother goodbye. His isolation leads to him being picked out by two men to be in a “guess the weight” booth at a county fair. Farmer Hoggett, who forms a special bond with the pig as soon as he looks at it (according to the narrator, as Babe and Hoggett looked at each other, a faint sense of some common destiny passed between them), guesses the correct weight of 16 lbs, 2 oz. and wins the pig. His wife, Esme, wins nine out of ten first prizes in jams and jellies. Babe is brought to the farm and is allowed to stay with the female sheepdog dog, Fly, and her pups. After being told he isn’t allowed the same privileges as the dogs, such as entering the house and going out to the sheep field, he encounters a duck named Ferdinand. Ferdinand wakes the farm each morning by stealing the cock’s job and crowing. He tricks Babe into helping him destroy the alarm clock- or “mechanical rooster” as he calls it- the Hoggetts have bought because it threatens his job. The two succeed (although the alarm clock was not destroyed because Mrs. Hoggett said they still had it), but end up waking the cat and covering the living room with paint. Babe gets in trouble with the male sheepdog, Rex, the leader of the farm, and is told to stay away from Ferdinand and the house as punishment. Babe then meets Maa, a resident sheep. She tells him what a nice pig he is and how he should watch out for some dogs called “wolves”. Fly’s puppies are then sold and Fly becomes upset. To make her happy, Babe asks Fly if he can call her mom, and Fly happily accepts. Before this, after Babe is told to stay away from Ferdinand, Mr. and Mrs. Hoggett are seen talking about Christmas dinner and whether they would have roast pork or Duck a l’orange (and whether they would kill Babe or Ferdinand). Mrs. Hogget seems to have her mind set on pork.
…
After getting five perfect 10.0s and the adoration of the crowd, Babe sits next to Hoggett, who delivers the famous line “That’ll do, Pig. That’ll do.”

The film’s events immediately follow those of The Matrix Reloaded and assume familiarity therewith.
Bane/Smith and Neo are both in an unconscious state. Both men appear to be asleep, but neural patterns show a Matrix similarity in Bane and true Matrix patterns in Neo. Morpheus, dispirited after the destruction of the Nebuchadnezzar and discovering the true nature of the Prophecy at the end of the last film, starts a search for Neo within the Matrix. Neo is in fact trapped in a subway station named “Mobil Avenue,” a transition zone between the Matrix and the Source (the Machines’ mainframe). At this station, Neo meets a ‘family’ of programs, including a girl named Sati, whose father tells Neo that Mobil Avenue is controlled by a program called the Trainman who is an exile loyal only to the Merovingian. When Neo tries to board the train with the family, the Trainman refuses to let him aboard.
Seraph contacts Morpheus on behalf of the Oracle, who informs Morpheus and Trinity of Neo’s confinement in Mobil Avenue. Seraph, Morpheus, and Trinity pursue the Trainman to secure Neo’s release, but he escapes. The trio enter Club Hel to confront the Merovingian for Neo’s freedom. The Merovingian demands “the eyes of the Oracle” in exchange for Neo’s release. Trinity loses her patience and provokes a Mexican standoff, forcing the Merovingian to release Neo.
…
The Architect and the Oracle agree to unplug all humans who want to be freed. The closing shot of the film depicts a new dawn created by Sati on the world of the Matrix, which is now free of its characteristic green tint.

Set in an Antarctic emperor penguin colony, the movie established that every penguin must sing a unique song called a “Heartsong” to attract a soul mate who will know how to complete their heartsong. This is based in fact, since emperor couples court each other and recognize one another by their unique calls. One penguin, Norma Jean (Nicole Kidman), sings the song “Kiss”, whereupon a male penguin named Memphis (Hugh Jackman) sings “Heartbreak Hotel”. Norma Jean chooses him as her mate. They couple and Norma Jean lays an egg. The egg is left in Memphis’s care while Norma Jean and the other females leave to fish for several weeks. While the males are struggling through the harsh winter, Memphis drops the egg, briefly exposing it to the freezing Antarctic temperatures. The resulting chick – the film’s protagonist, Mumble (Elizabeth Daily, Elijah Wood) – has a terrible singing voice. However, Mumble had an astute talent for something that none of the penguins had ever seen before: tap dancing.
This ability is frowned upon by the colony’s elders, who don’t tolerate deviance of any kind. As a result, Mumble is ostracized throughout his childhood, with only his mother and his friend Gloria (Brittany Murphy) to turn to for help. Mumble then grows to an adult, still half-covered in fluffy down. Through a series of mishaps – mainly getting chased by a hungry leopard seal – the penguin finds himself far from his home and within the carefree colony of adelie penguins – penguins small in stature, but fiercely loyal to those they call friends. He quickly befriends a small group of bachelors who form a club of sorts called the Amigos: the leader, Ramon (Robin Williams), the brothers Raul (Lombardo Boyar) and Nestor (Carlos Alazraqui), and twin brothers Rinaldo (Jeff Garcia) and Lombardo (Johnny A. Sanchez). The Amigos quickly embrace Happy’s dance moves and assimilate him into their misfit group.
…
In the credits, the characters reunite to dance for the final number “Song of the Heart.” During the credits, it could be said that the characters appear and disappear based on the relationships between each other.

Six months after the events of the first movie, Neo wakes from a nightmare wherein Trinity had been shot by an Agent of the Matrix while falling from a building. Morpheus receives a message from captain Niobe (Jada Pinkett Smith) of the Logos calling an emergency meeting of all Zion’s hovercraft fleet. She has successfully recovered the information left by Captain Thaddeus (in the Animatrix short film Final Flight of the Osiris, recovered in the video game Enter the Matrix): 250,000 Sentinels are tunneling towards the underground city of Zion and will reach it in 72 hours. Commander Locke, the ranking military officer of Zion, orders all ships and their crews, including Neo, Trinity, Morpheus, and their new operator Link, to return to Zion to prepare for the onslaught of the machines. Morpheus asks a ship to remain behind to contact the Oracle, in defiance of Commander Locke’s orders. The Caduceus receives a message from the Oracle, and the Nebuchadnezzar, also in defiance of Locke’s order, ventures out to allow Neo to contact her. Meanwhile, one of the Caduceus crew members, Bane, encounters Agent Smith, who takes over Bane’s body. Smith then leaves the Matrix via the nearby hard line and into Bane’s body.
…
After conversing, the Architect gives Neo a choice of two exits from the room: one door will lead to the rebuilding of Zion, the other door to Trinity’s rescue, causing the downfall of humanity. Neo hastens from the building in an attempt to save Trinity, who is shot by an Agent as they fall from a building and is caught by Neo before she hits the ground. Refusing to accept her impending death, Neo removes the bullet lodged in her chest and manages to revive her by stimulating her heart. In the Nebuchadnezzar, Neo explains his findings to the crew, revealing that the prophecy of the One is false and that Zion will be destroyed in twenty-four hours. Sentinels approach and destroy the ship, whereupon Neo saves his friends by using an unexpected ability to overload and disable the Sentinels’ program with an EMP-like shockwave. The exertion inherent in this effort causes Neo to fall suddenly unconscious. The crew is picked up by the hovercraft Mjolnir , whose crew explains that they were to lead a pre-emptive attack on the army of Sentinels advancing on Zion. The strategy was to use the ship’s EMPs and stay out of each other’s range; but an EMP was detonated by the Caduceus before the ships could move into position. Therefore multiple ships were left without power, with only a handful of survivors escaping, the Sentinels having destroyed any ship that could not get away. Only one survivor was found aboard the Caduceus: Bane.

Set in the late 1880s, the film keeps the plotline of the original, with Lawrence Talbot (Benicio del Toro) meeting his father (Anthony Hopkins) following the death (and in the remake, disappearance) of his brother. The film details events during Lawrence’s past that led to his estrangement from his father (which includes Gwen), and the setting is expanded from Blackmore (which was the mythical village of Llanwelly in the original) to London.[2] The official synopsis states Talbot was traumatized by his mother’s death as a child, while Gwen Conliffe is his brother’s fiancée. Following his brother’s disappearance, Talbot hunts a murderer, which turns out to be a werewolf, and the curse is passed on.[3]

Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) discovers something about the origins of the Transformers and their history on Earth. The evil Decepticons need to capture him for information.[2] The climactic battle takes place at the Giza pyramid complex,[3] where a temple is located within.[2] Lorenzo di Bonaventura explained the film will show the Transformers who visited Egypt before the pyramids were built, and “all our heroes end up here because of the Decepticons’ master plan.” Furthermore, Egyptian hieroglyphs resembling helicopters and other present day vehicles in real life will be explained in the film as being depictions of those Ancient Cybertronians who visited Earth.[4]
Bay explained the Transformers did not blow their disguise by battling in Mission City in the first film. “Everybody has gone ahead. It’s realistic. Two weeks after the tsunami nobody talked about it anymore. It’s very weird. We decided to do the same with the Transformers. The government talks about a military thing, says all is false, that it’s a joke, and people don’t know what they really saw.”[5] The human soldiers have joined the Autobots’ ranks in a team called NEST (Networked Elements: Supporters and Transformers).[6] A government front called McClaren Robotics covers up the robot sightings, and the Allspark shard is kept by them in storage.[7]

In the year 2038, Britain has become totalitarian and is ruled by the Far-Right Norsefire regime. The story follows Evey Hammond, a young woman who is rescued from state police by a masked vigilante known as “V”. After rescuing her, they witness V’s destruction of the Old Bailey. The regime explains the incident to the public as an emergency demolition, but this is shown to be a lie when V takes over the state-run British Television Network (BTN) the same day. He broadcasts a message urging the people of Britain to rise up against the oppressive government on the fifth of November; one year from that day, when V will destroy the Houses of Parliament. Evey helps V escape, but is put in danger. V saves Evey from being captured and interrogated by officials and does this by bringing her to his lair, where she is told that she must stay in hiding with him. Upon learning that V is killing government officials, she escapes to the home of one of her superiors at the BTN, television personality Gordon Deitrich. However, after he broadcasts a comedic show about the country’s current regime, the state police raid Gordon’s home, capturing Evey. She is incarcerated and tortured for days, which includes the length of her hair being shorn, leaving her with short hair. Finding solace only in notes left by another prisoner, Valerie, Evey is told that she will be executed unless she reveals V’s whereabouts. Evey says she would rather die. She is then released. Evey discovers that her imprisonment was staged by V, to free her from fear of the fascist government-”Only when you accept death are you free”, V tells her. Later that day Evey leaves V, promising to return before the fifth of November.
…
Evey is about to send the train down the track, when she is discovered by Inspector Finch. However, Finch, having learned much about the corruption of the Norsefire regime, allows Evey to proceed. Meanwhile, thousands of Londoners, all wearing Guy Fawkes masks, march on Parliament to watch the event. Among these Londoners, we see the faces of those who have died, including a little girl shot by the police for wearing the mask; Evey’s parents; Valerie, the lesbian prisoner in the cell next to V’s whose words had given him his drive; Ruth, Valerie’s partner; and Gordon Dietrich. Because Creedy and the Chancellor are dead, the British Army stands down in the face of a civil rebellion. Parliament is destroyed by the explosion. On a nearby rooftop, Evey and Finch watch the scene together.
